      【摘要】 医院应急医学救援能力主要体现了对群体性伤害事件(MCI)救治的能力，在欧美，MCI的救治主要
由院内紧急事件指挥系统(HEICS)实施。本文就MCI发生后，HEICS在MCI医院救治的各个节点应该具备的能
力和履行的职责作一概述。

【Abstract】 The ability of hospital emergency medical rescue is mainly reflected by the hospital rescue of mass
casualty incident (MCI). In America and Europe, the hospital rescue of MCI is implemented by Hospital Emergency
Incident Command System (HEICS). This article summarizes the abilities that HEICS should possess in the links of
rescuing MCI and the duties that should be performed after the occurrence of MCI.
