      【摘要】 促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)在体内的生理调节功能是由促性腺激素释放激素受体(GnRH-R)介导
的,GnRH与受体的结合具有高度特异性。研究发现,GnRH和GnRH-R除位于下丘脑垂体系统外,在机体的其他
组织,尤其是生殖器官也有分布。近年来有许多对人类不同类型子宫内膜表达GnRH-R的研究报道,推测子宫内
膜GnRH和GnRH-R系统在调节子宫内膜的自分泌或旁分泌中起重要作用,并参与子宫内膜的增殖调节。

【Abstract】 Gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH), mediated by its specific GnRH receptor (GnRHR),
plays an important role in the control of mammalian reproduction and stimulates the synthesis and release of luteiniz-
ing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone. Increasing evidence indicates that GnRH and GnRHR also express in
peripheral tissues except the hypothalamic-pituitary system, especially in reproductive system. To date, plenty of re-
search about the GnRH-R in human endometrium presumes that GnRH-GnRHR system may contribute to the control
of auto-or paracrine of endometrium.
