      【摘要】 目的 监测与分析血流感染患者常见的病原菌分布及对抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌
药物提供最新依据。方法 细菌鉴定采用VITEK 2 Compact系统,药敏试验采用VITEK 2 Compact系统和KB琼
脂扩散法,应用WHONET5.6软件分析病原菌的分布情况和药敏结果。结果 11 582份血培养标本共检出1 011
株病原菌,革兰阳性菌占49.6%;革兰阴性菌占48.5%;真菌占0.8%;病原菌对各种抗菌药物耐药差异性较大,表
现为多药耐药。结论 及时总结分析血流感染的病原菌分布及耐药性,对于控制耐药菌株传播、指导临床合理
选用抗菌药物具有十分重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To monitor and analyze the distribution and antibiotic resistance of common bacteria
isolated from patients with bloodstream infection in our hospital, and to provide new evidence for clinicians for the se-
lection of antibiotics. Methods We applied VITEK 2 system to identify the bacteria, and used VITEK 2 system and
KB to perform the drug resistant test. The distribution and drug resistance of the isolated bacteria were analyzed by
WHONET5.6 software. Results A total of 1 011 strains of bacteria were isolated from 11 582 blood samples, with
Gram-positive bacteria accounting for 49.6%, Gram-negative bacteria accounting for 48.5%, and fungi for 0.8%; The
resistance to antibiotics was quite different, manifesting multi-resistance. Conclusion It's of great significance to
summarize and analyze the distribution and biotic resistance of isolated bacteria in bloodstream infection for the con-
trol of resistant strains and the selection of antibiotics in clinic.
