标题：“三明治”疗法治疗鹿角型结石的体会

      【摘要】目的探讨“三明治”疗法治疗鹿角型结石的疗效及安全性。方法对本院2006年5月至2011年5
月间收治的157例鹿角型结石病例进行回顾性分析，其中采用“三明治”法治疗89例，采用经皮肾镜取石术治疗68
例，比较两组治疗方法的结石清除率等指标。结果“三明治”组结石清除率达到88.1%，而经皮肾镜取石术组的
结石清除率只有45.9%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且“三明治”组病例中无重大并发症出现。结论
“三明治”疗法是治疗鹿角型结石一种安全有效的方法。其治疗结石效果优于传统的经皮肾镜取石术。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect and safety of "Sandwich" therapy in the treatment of staghorn
calculi. Methods We retrospectively investigated the clinical data of 157 patients with staghorn calculi admitted in our
hospital from May 2006 to May 2011. Of the 157 patients, 89 were treated with "Sandwich" therapy, and 68 were treated
with percutaneous nepllrolithotomy (PNL). Results The stone-free rate of "Sandwich" therapy was 88.1%, significantly
higher than that of PNL (45.9%). No seious complications were found in the patients treated with "Sandwich"
therapy. Conclusion “Sandwich”therapy is a safer and more effective method for treating staghorn calculi than PNL.
