      【摘要】 目的 探讨情绪因素对术后疲劳程度的影响。方法 以量表方式调查手术患者在术前、术后不同
时点的疲劳程度和情绪状态，并进行相关性分析。结果 相同调查时点的疲劳程度得分与情绪得分成正相关
(0.5P<0.01)，术前BPOMS得分与术后第3天VAS得分呈正相关，与术后第7天、第14天、第30天的VAS得
分不相关(P>0.05)。结论 情绪因素是决定术后疲劳程度的重要因素，术前情绪状态可能是术后早期内疲劳严
重程度的影响因素。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the correlation between emotional status and postoperative fatigue. Meth-
ods The degree of postoperative fatigue and emotional status were measured using scales in different time points before
and after operation, and them analyzed. Results The VAS scores and the BPOMS scores at the same time point were
positively correlated (0.5P<0.01). The preoperative BPOMS score were positively correlated with the VAS score
measured on the third day after operation, while showed no correlation with the VAS scores measured on the 7th, 14th, 30th
day after operation (P>0.05). Conclusion Emotional status is an important factor that influences the degree of postoper-
ative fatigue, and preoperative emotional status maybe a factor influencing the degree of early postoperative fatigue.
