      【摘要】 目的 通过对医务人员幸福感相关因素的分析，提高医务人员工作满意度和工作效率，为增加医
疗服务质量和队伍稳定性提供参考。方法 选取汉川市9所乡镇卫生院和市内3所二甲卫生院，应用问卷调查
法对 332名医务人员进行工作幸福感调查。结果 卫生院医务人员总体幸福感较高；负性情感、健康关注、利
他行为、自我价值、友好关系各维度得分处于高水平，生活满意、正性情感、生命活力、人格成长处于中等水平。
结论 为提高医务人员幸福感，建议从医务人员的薪酬制度、人文关怀和自身素质培养等方面进行改善。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence factors of the well-being feeling of medical workers, and
to improve the work satisfaction and efficiency, as well as to provide reference for increasing the quality of medical
services and the stability of medical workers. Methods Based on the principle of convenience, 332 medical workers
selected from 9 rural hospital and 3 second grade hospitals in Hanchuan City were investigated for well-being feeling.
Results The overall well-being feeling of medical workers is high. Negative feeling, health concerns, altruistic be-
havior, self-worth and friendly relationship are all in high level. Life satisfaction, positive feeling, life vitality, person-
ality development are in medium level. Conclusion It is necessary to enhance the well-being feeling of medical
workers through improving the payment systems, humane care and self-quality training.
