      【摘要】 目的 对G6PD缺乏的不同检测方法进行比较和评价。方法 以分光光度计比色法、全自动生化
分析仪速率法分别对3 052例来我院婚检和产检人群进行G6PD检测。结果 3 052例受检者中,经分光光度计
比色法共检出G6PD缺乏者226例,检出率为7.4%;其中男性152例,检出率为7.9%,女性71例,检出率为6.3%。
全自动生化分析仪速率法检出 287例,检出率为 9.4%;其中男性 182例,检出率为 9.5%,女性 105例,检出率为
9.3%。结论 全自动生化分析仪速率法测定G6PD与分光光度计比色法均能很好地检测G6PD缺乏患者,前者的
检出率更高,操作便捷快速,更易标准化。

【Abstract】 Objective To compare and evaluate the results of applying two different methods in glu-
cose-6-phosphatase (G6PD) deficiency detection. Methods 3 052 blood samples were detected by Spectrophotom-
eter assay and Automatic Chemistry analyzer, respectively. Results Of the 3 052 blood samples, 226 cases (7.4%)
were detected with G6PD deficiency by Spectrophotometer assay, including 152 males (7.9% ) and 71 females
(6.3% ). By Automatic Chemistry Analyzer, 287 cases (9.4% ) were detected with G6PD deficiency, including 182
males (9.5%) and 105 females (9.3%). Conclusion Automatic Chemistry Analyzer and Spectrophotometer assay
can both detect G6PD deficiency well, but the former is found with a higher detection rate and easy operation, which
is easier to be standardized.
