      【摘要】 目的 探讨崭新的改善灌注的方法—适应性再灌注的脑保护作用。方法 21只犬被随机分为三
组:对照组、常规再灌注组、适应性再灌注组,各7只。对犬的基本生命体征变化、血气指标、血清离子浓度进行实
时同步监测分析,并对缺血脑组织学变化及神经功能进行评价。结果 脑适应性再灌注对血气指标、电解质等
的影响小,能明显改善再灌注区的损伤神经元的功能及病理。结论 脑适应性再灌注是一种有效的脑保护作用
的灌注方式。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the cerebral protection effect of cerebral adapted reperfusion.
Methods Twenty-one mongrel dogs were randomly divided into three groups: the control group, the routine reperfu-
sion group, and the adapted reperfusion group, each with 7 cases. The basic vital signs, blood gas, and electrophysio-
logical Changes were monitored and analyzed. The cerebral ischemic histology and neurological function were evalu-
ated. Results The cerebral adapted reperfusion has less impact on blood gas and electrophysiological Changes,
which was able to significantly improve the function of ischemic neurons and histologic damage. Conclusion Cere-
bral adapted reperfusion is a beneficial reperfusion style, which has neuroprotective effect.
