标题：不同针刺时间对兔骨关节炎软骨细胞MMP-13的影响

      【摘要】目的研究不同针刺时间对兔骨关节炎模型膝软骨细胞中MMP-13 表达的影响。方法取44 只
新西兰大耳兔随机分为4 组，分别为正常对照组，模型组及电针1 组、电针2 组。正常对照组不造模，模型组和电
针治疗组均采用左膝关节伸直位管型石膏固定，建立OA模型。取兔左股骨内侧髁软骨，采用免疫组化法观察软
骨细胞中MMP-13 的变化。结果MMP-13 检出率随针刺时间延长较模型组下降。按Mankin's 评分比较，各组
间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论不同疗程电针治疗可促使兔骨关节炎模型软骨细胞重排，减少软骨细胞
中MMP-13 表达，对OA治疗有一定作用。

【Abstract】Objective To study the effect of acupuncture in different period on the expression of MMP-13 in cartilage cells in the knee of rabbit osteoarthritis models. Methods Forty-four New Zealand big ear rabbits were randomly divided into four groups (each with 11 cases): the control group, the model group, Electroacupuncture (EA) group 1, and EAgroup 2. Rabbit in the model group, the EAgroup 1 and EAgroup 2 were treated with straight bit left knee plaster casts to create osteoarthritis, while those in the control group did not. The changes of MMP-13 in cartilage cells were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The levels of of MMP-13 decreased as the increase of acupuncture time. According to the Mankin's grading, statistically significant difference were found between the four groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The electroacupuncture can urge the rearrangement of cartilage cell in rabbit osteoarthritis models, reduce the expression of MMP-13 in cartilage cells, which is beneficial for the treatment of Osteoarthritis.
