      【摘要】 病毒感染是人类所面临的一项严峻挑战，尤其是近些年来医院内感染控制形势严峻和新型病毒感染
疫情的爆发，使得有效控制病毒的传播感染受到越来越多的关注。对于阻断病毒的传播感染，消毒剂的研究使用
是一个重要的手段。消毒剂种类繁多，日新月异，随之而来的问题就是如何有效客观地评价各种消毒剂对病毒的
消毒效果。在此，本文拟对实验室评价消毒对病毒消毒效果的方法做一综述。

【Abstract】 Virus infection is a severe challenge for human. In recent years, increasing nosocomial infection and
ourbreak of new virus have forced us to pay more and more attention to the effective control of virus infection and trans-
mission. The research and use of disinfectant occupies an important position in cutting off virus infection and transmis-
sion. And the trouble with disinfectant growth is how to grant an objective and effective evaluation to disinfectant effica-
cy. Here, an overview on the methods of experimental evaluation on disinfectant efficacy will be presented.
