      【摘要】 心力衰竭(简称心衰)是各种心脏疾病的终末期表现,其发生发展伴随着血流动力学的改变及各种体液因
子的复杂变化。心衰标志物的检测是诊断心衰最方便有效的手段之一,目前临床常用的标志物是尿钠肽,但其对心衰
的诊断也存在一定局限性,因此探究其他敏感可靠的检测指标,对于心衰的早期诊断、正确治疗和改善预后有重要意
义。本文将现临床上广泛应用以及近年研究认为极具应用前景的心衰检测标志物做一综述。

【Abstract】 Heart failure (HF) usually occurs in the end-stage of various heart diseases. It develops along with he-
modynamic changes and the complex changes of various humoral factors. Detection of heart failure biomarkers is one of
the most convenient and effective means in diagnosing heart failure. At present, a commonly used biomarker in clinical
practice is natriuretic peptide, but there exists certain limitations. Therefore exploration of other sensitive and reliable bio-
markers will play a significant role in the early diagnosis, proper treatment and prognosis of heart failure. This paper
makes a review on the current widely used biomarkers and their broad application prospect in recent studies.
