      【摘要】 2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者认知功能障碍的发病率远高于非糖尿病患者,通常表现为记忆和学习功能障
碍,但其发病机制尚不明确。现有的大量研究指出T2DM大脑结构和功能性连接的改变促进了认知功能障碍的进
展。目前通过神经影像学检查已可直接检测出T2DM患者脑结构和功能性连接的改变:弥散张量成像(DTI)发现其
存在广泛的脑白质微结构异常;功能性磁共振成像(fMRI)发现其脑内功能性连接的改变等等。这些神经影像学研
究有助于进一步阐明T2DM认知功能障碍的病理生理学机制。

Research progress of brain connection change and cognitive dysfunction in type 2 diabetes mellitus.

【Abstract】 The incidence of cognitive dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is far higher
than non-diabetic patients, which characterized by memory and learning dysfunction. The pathogenesis of cognitive dys-
function is still unclear. Existing research pointed out that the change of brain structural and functional connectivity pro-
moted the progress of cognitive dysfunction in T2DM. Current researches directly showed the changes of brain structural
and functional connectivity in T2DM by neural imaging examination: diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) found the exis-
tence of microstructural anomalies in brain white matter and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) showed the
changes of functional connectivity in brain. These neuroimaging studies would help further clarify the pathophysiologi-
cal mechanism of cognitive dysfunction in T2DM.
