标题：玉屏消风散加减治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 探讨玉屏消风散加减治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法 82例患者经数字随机法分为
治疗组和对照组。治疗组 42例口服玉屏消风散加减治疗，1剂/d，水煎分两次服用；对照组 40例口服氯雷他
定片，10 mg/d；两组均连续服用 30 d为一个疗程。观察两组 1个月疗程内的疗效和不良反应及随访 2个月内
临床复发情况。结果 治疗 1个月后，治疗组总有效率为 85.71%，对照组总有效率为 82.50%，两组总有效率
比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访 2个月后，治疗组 26例痊愈患者有 8例复发，对照组 27例痊愈患者中
有 16例复发，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为 9.52%，对照组为 12.5%，差异无统计学
意义(P> 0.05)。结论 玉屏消风散加减是治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效方药，近期疗效和安全性与氯雷他定相当，且
有更好的控制复发的效果。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Yu-ping-xiao-feng decoction in the treat-
ment of chronic urticaria (CU). Methods Eighty-two patients were randomly divided into the study group and the
control group. Patients in the study group (n=42) had oral administration of modified Yu-ping-xiao-feng decoction,
while whose in the control group (n=40) were treated by loratadin 10 mg/d, with 30 days as a course of treatment in
both groups. The clinical efficacy and adverse effects were observed in the two groups after one month of treatment,
and the recurrence was investigated within the follow-up of 2 months. Results The total effective rate after 1 month
