      标题:细支气管腺瘤/肺纤毛黏液结节性乳头状肿瘤一例

      【摘要】 最新世界卫生组织(WHO)肺部肿瘤分类将细支气管腺瘤/肺纤毛黏液结节性乳头状肿瘤(BA/CMPT)认定为腺瘤亚组中的一个新类型。本文患者因体检发现右肺上叶后段胸膜下不规则状实性小结节,多次随访均未见明显变化,经人工智能(AI)肺结节CT影像辅助检测软件评估均为稳定型结节、高危结节。最终病理结合免疫组化诊断为CMPT。

Bronchiolar adenoma/ciliated muconodular papillary tumor of the lung: a case report.

Department of Radiology, the Second People's Hospital of Deyang,Deyang 618000, Sichuan, CHINA【Abstract】 The latest World Health Organization (WHO) classification of lung tumors recognizes bronchiolar ad-enoma/ciliated muconodular papillary tumor of the lung (BA/CMPT) as a new type in the adenoma subgroup. In the cur-rent case report, the patient was found to have a small, irregular, solid nodule in the posterior segment of the right upperlobe during physical examination, and no significant changes were observed during multiple follow-up visits. Artificialintelligence (AI) pulmonary nodule CT image-assisted detection software evaluated the nodule as stable but high-risk inall follow-ups. The final diagnosis was CMPT by pathology combined with immunohistochemistry.
