      标题:迈瑞 BC-6800 Plus血小板相关参数参考区间的建立及验证

      【摘要】 目的 建立并验证西安地区血小板相关参数血小板计数 (PLT)、血小板体积分布宽度标准差(PDW-SD)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板压积(PCT)、大血小板比率(P-LCR)、大血小板数量(P-LCC)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)的参考区间。方法 选择2022年8月至2023年8月在西安交通大学第一附属医院主院区和东院区5 153名健康体检成年人群,采用迈瑞Mindray BC-6800 Plus血细胞分析仪检测外周血液,依据《临床实验室如何确定和建立生物参考区间;批准指南》CLSL C28-A3,以非参数法建立PLT、PDW-SD、MPV、PCT、P-LCR、P-LCC、PDW的参考区间。结果 健康成年人群男、女不同性别间的PLT、MPV、PCT、P-LCR、P-LCC、PDW比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但PDW-SD比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各年龄段PLT、PCT、P-LCC、PDW间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但MPV、PDW-SD、P-LCR各年龄段间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。标准正态离差检验方法显示无需按照性别、年龄段分组建立参考区间。PLT、MPV、PCT、PDW-SD、P-LCR、P-LCC、PDW的参考区间分别为(148~324)×109/L、8.4~12.5 fL、0.159%~0.322%、8.8~17.5 fL、15.1%~43.6%、(35~96)×109/L、15.1~16.8。结论 建立并验证西安地区血小板相关参数参考区间,合理选用PDW-SD对异常血小板的识别,对血小板参数的自动审核提供必要的数据支持。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish and verify the reference intervals of platelet count (PLT), platelet distribu-tion width-standard deviation (PDW-SD), mean platelet volume (MPV), plateletcrit (PCT), platelet-larger cell ratio(P-LCR), platelet-larger cell count (P-LCC), platelet distribution width (PDW) in Xi'an. Methods A total of 5 153healthy adults undergoing physical examination were selected in main campus and east campus of the First AffiliatedHospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from August 2022 to August 2023. Mindray BC-6800 Plus hematology analyzerwas used to detect peripheral blood. According to the“How to determine and establish the biological reference interval”in clinical laboratory cLSL C28-A3, the reference intervals of PLT, PDW-SD, MPV, PCT, P-LCR, P-LCC, and PDWwere established by nonparametric method. Results There were statistically significant differences in PLT, MPV, PCT,P-LCR, P-LCC, and PDW between males and females (P<0.05), but no statistically significant differences were found inPDW-SD between males and females (P>0.05). There were statistically significant differences in PLT, PCT, P-LCC, andPDW among age groups (P<0.05); however, there was no significant difference in MPV, PDW-SD, and P-LCR amongage groups (P>0.05). The standard normal deviation test showed that there was no need to establish reference intervalsaccording to gender and age groups. The biological reference intervals of PLT, MPV, PCT, PDW-SD, P-LCR, P-LCCand PDW were 148×109/L to 324, 8.4-12.5 fL, 0.159-0.322%, 8.8-17.5 fL, 15.1-43.6%, 35×109/L to 96, 15.1-16.8.Conclusion The biological reference interval of platelet-related parameters in Xi'an was established and verified, andthe reasonable use of PDW-SD provided data support for the identification of abnormal platelets and auto verification ofplatelet parameters.
