      【摘要】 口底多间隙感染又称口底蜂窝组织炎，曾被认为是颌面部最严重而治疗最困难的炎症之一。随着诊治水平及有效抗菌药物的合理使用，近年来本病已极其罕见。但如果诊治不及时，病情及并发症发展快速凶险，死亡率高。本文报道一例由摩根摩根菌引起的口底多间隙感染的诊治经过，并复习相关文献，以期提高对该疾病的认识，同时为临床治疗提供参考。

Multi-space infection at the floor of mouth and mediastinal abscess caused by Morganella morganii: a casereport.

With the development of di-agnosis and treatment and the rational use of effective antibacterial drugs, this disease has become extremely rare in re-cent years. However, if not timely diagnosed and treated, the disease and its complications will develop rapidly and dan-gerously, resulting in high mortality rate. This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a case of multi-space infec-tion of the floor of the mouth caused by Morganella Morganii, and reviews the relevant literature, in order to improve theunderstanding of the disease and provide reference for clinical treatment.
