      【摘要】 深在性囊性胃炎(GCP)是胃黏膜相对罕见的病变，常无典型临床症状，可出现腹痛、腹胀、反酸等症状。内镜下表现不一，多呈黏膜下肿瘤样改变。目前治疗上尚无共识。本文报道二例GCP的患者内镜下的病理特点及诊治过程，以提高临床医师对该病的认知水平。

Gastritis cystica profunda: a report of two cases.

Endoscopic manifestations are various.Most of the reported cases present submucosal tumor changes. Currently, there is no consensus on the treatment. This ar-ticle reports two cases of GCP, describes the endoscopic and pathological characteristics, and diagnosis and treatmentprocess, aiming to enhance the awareness of the disease among clinical physicians.
