标题：磁圆梅针联合康复训练治疗儿童痉挛型脑性瘫痪的疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 观察磁圆梅针联合康复训练治疗儿童痉挛型脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法 选取 2022年10~12月在海南西部中心医院儿童康复科门诊及残联定点治疗的60例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象，采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组，每组 30例。观察组患儿给予磁圆梅针联合康复训练治疗，对照组患儿给予常规康复功能训练治疗，两组均干预治疗3个月。采用肌张力Ashworth量表(MAS)及粗大运动功能量表(GMFM-88)评价两组患儿干预前后的临床症状改善情况。结果 治疗 3个月后，观察组患儿的治疗总改善率为 96.67%，明显高于对照组的86.67%，差异有统计学意义(P<0. 001)；治疗 3个月后，两组患儿的MAS评分均低于治疗前，且观察组患儿的MAS评分为 1.67 (1.00，3.08)分，明显低于对照组的2.34 (1.83，4.00)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗3个月后，两组患儿的GMFM-88评分均高于治疗前，且观察组患儿的GMFM-88评分为 69.47 (24.09，93.74)分，明显高于对照组的51.79 (5.15，88.49)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 磁圆梅针联合康复训练能有效缓解痉挛型脑瘫患儿肌肉痉挛状态，降低肌张力，从而提升患儿的运动能力。

Curative effect of magnetic plum needle combined with rehabilitation training on spastic cerebral palsy inchildren.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of magnetic plum needle combined with rehabilitationtraining on spastic cerebral palsy in children. Methods A total of 60 children with cerebral palsy who were treated inthe Children's Rehabilitation Outpatient Department, Hainan Western Central Hospital and the Disabled Persons' Federa-tion from October to December 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by randomnumber table method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given magnetic plum needlecombined with rehabilitation training, and those in the control group were given routine rehabilitation function training,both for 3 months. Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) and Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM-88) were used to eval-uate the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after intervention. Results After 3 months of treatment, the totalimprovement rate of the observation group was 96.67% , which was significantly higher than 86.67% of the controlgroup (P<0.001). After 3 months of treatment, MAS scores in both groups were significantly lower than those beforetreatment, and MAS score in the observation group was 1.67 (1.00, 3.08) points, which was significantly lower than 2.34(1.83, 4.00) points in control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, GM-FM-88 scores in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and GMFM-88 score in the observa-tion group was 69.47 (24.09, 93.74) points, which was significantly higher than 51.79 (5.15, 88.49) points in the controlgroup, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Magnetic plum needle combined with rehabilita-tion training can effectively relieve muscle spasm, reduce muscle tension, and improve the movement ability of childrenwith spastic cerebral palsy
