      【摘要】 远程医疗技术可为医患搭建远程互动、视频会诊、监测管理的平台，可协助医务人员对糖尿病中高危足人群进行远程规范教育与管理、提供医疗服务的目的，预防糖尿病足的发生。本文对远程医疗技术的概念、远程医疗技术在糖尿病高危足管理中的应用效果进行综述，并根据现存的问题提出建议，旨在为糖尿病高危足的远程医疗推广应用管理提供参考依据。

The First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University, Guangzhou 510630, Guangdong, CHINA【Abstract】 Telemedicine technology can build a platform for remote interaction, video consultation, monitoringand management for doctors and patients, and assist medical staff in providing remote standardized education and man-agement for diabetic patients with medium and high risk of diabetic foot, so as to prevent the occurrence of diabetic foot.This article reviews the concept of telemedicine technology and the application effect of telemedicine technology in themanagement of diabetic high-risk foot, and puts forward suggestions according to the existing problems, so as to providea reference for the promotion and application management of telemedicine in diabetic high-risk foot.
