      【摘要】 在动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)病理过程中,斑块内不成熟血管形成和(或)破裂出血、内皮功能障碍是冠脉疾病进展的重要原因,尽管治疗斑块进展的药物和非药物取得了一定成效、早期挽救了生命,但患者的预后并不乐观,因此迫切需要一种干预斑块进展的治疗。血管生成素-2 (angiopoietin-2,Ang2)被证明是缺血、缺氧下调节内皮功能和血管生成(或)破裂出血的关键因子。随着临床研究的深入,肿瘤、眼部血管疾病已有靶向药物,但冠脉粥样硬化疾病中尚未见Ang2相关的靶向药物。此外,非编码RNA和心血管疾病、血管生成关系密切,可能参与调控Ang2介导的斑块进展。本文就Ang2在动脉粥样硬化斑块进展中潜在的作用机制进行阐述。

Potential mechanisms of angiopoietin-2-induced progression of atherosclerotic plaques.

Department of Cardiology 1, Scientific Research Department 2, the AffiliatedHospital of Zunyi Medical University, Zunyi 563000, Guizhou, CHINA【Abstract】 In the pathological process of atherosclerosis (AS), the formation of immature blood vessels and/orrupture and hemorrhage within plaques, alongside endothelial dysfunction, significantly contribute to the progression ofcoronary artery disease. Although pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions for plaque progression haveachieved some success and provided early life-saving benefits, the prognosis for patients remains unfavorable. Hence,there is an urgent need for therapeutic strategies to intervene in plaque progression. Angiopoietin-2 (Ang2) has beendemonstrated to be a crucial factor in regulating endothelial function and angiogenesis, or rupture and hemorrhage underconditions of ischemia and hypoxia. As clinical research advances, targeted therapies have been developed for tumorsand ocular vascular diseases, yet Ang2-related targeted drugs for coronary atherosclerotic diseases remain undiscovered.Furthermore, non-coding RNA, having a close association with cardiovascular diseases and angiogenesis, may play arole in regulating Ang2-mediated plaque progression. This article reviews the potential roles and mechanisms of Ang2 inthe progression of atherosclerotic plaques.
