      【摘要】 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种育龄期妇女常见的内分泌代谢疾病，其特征包括胰岛素抵抗(IR)、高雄激素血症(HA)、排卵功能紊乱或丧失、卵巢多囊样改变。目前PCOS的病因机制未完全探明，且病程长、易复发，给广大患者带来极大的困扰。近年来，中西医学界针对PCOS治疗提出了多种方法，并在临床实践中取得了一定疗效。本文旨在对近年来PCOS的中医、西医以及中西医结合治疗的进展进行综述，以期为今后PCOS的临床治疗研究提供帮助。

Research progress on the Chinese and Western medicine treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.

Its characteristics include insulin resistance (IR), hyperandrogenism (HA), ovulation dysfunction or loss,and polycystic ovarian changes. At present, the etiology and mechanism of PCOS are not fully explored, and it has longdisease course and is easy to relapse, which brings great trouble to the majority of patients. In recent years, Chinese andWestern medicine scholars have proposed a variety of methods for the treatment of PCOS, and have achieved certain ef-fects in clinical practice. This article aims to review the traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine and integratedtraditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of PCOS in recent years, in order to provide help for the clinicaltreatment of PCOS in the future.
