标题：椎旁肌退变与骨质疏松性椎体骨折相关性的研究进展

      【摘要】 随着我国社会经济的发展，人均寿命逐渐增加，骨质疏松症患者数量也随之增加。骨质疏松相关的脆性骨折风险上升，其中以胸腰段椎体压缩骨折最常见。椎旁肌退变主要表现为横截总面积的下降和脂肪浸润率上升，在椎体压缩性骨折的发生、发展中起到重要作用，因此也成为近些年研究热点。本文主要就椎旁肌退变与骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折相关性进行综述，关注前沿研究进展和争议，更好地认识疾病，为指导临床诊疗提供更多依据。

Research progress on the correlation between paravertebral muscle degeneration and osteoporotic vertebralfractures.

The risk of osteoporosis-related fragility fractures has risen, with vertebral com-pression fractures of the thoracolumbar segment being the most common. Paravertebral muscle degeneration, which ismainly characterized by a decrease in the total cross-sectional area and an increase in the fat infiltration rate, plays an im-portant role in the occurrence and development of thoracolumbar compression fractures and therefore has become a re-search hotspot in recent years. In this article, we review the correlation between paraspinal muscle degeneration and os-teoporotic vertebral compression fracture, focusing on the progress and controversy of the cutting-edge research, to bet-ter understand the disease and provide more basis for guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
