      【摘要】 原发性肝癌(primary hepatic carcinoma，PLC)是指起源于肝细胞或肝内胆管上皮细胞的恶性肿瘤。“虚瘀劫肝”是中医对原发性肝癌病理机制的新认识，其强调“瘀”贯穿疾病始终，“瘀”结形成是原发性肝癌发病、进展、转移的主要推手。本文通过介绍原发性肝癌发病机制的复杂性与多维性，结合中医经典思路及现代医学研究归纳中医“瘀”的基本内涵与外延；以两者为基石探讨原发性肝癌中医“瘀”结形成的生物学基础，以期为临床精准辨治PLC提供借鉴与参考。

Relationship between pathogenesis of primary liver cancer and "deficiency stasis robbing liver" in traditionalChinese medicine.

"Deficiency and stasis robbing the liver" is a new understanding of the pathological mechanism of primaryliver cancer in traditional Chinese medicine, which emphasizes that "stasis" runs through the disease and the formationof "stasis" node is the main driving force for the pathogenesis, progression and metastasis of primary liver cancer. Thispaper introduces the complexity and multi-dimension of the pathogenesis of primary liver cancer, summarizes the basicconnotation and extension of "stasis" in traditional Chinese medicine by combining classical ideas of traditional Chinesemedicine and modern medical research, and explore the biological basis of the formation of "stasis" junction in TCM forprimary liver cancer based on the two factors, which can provide reference for accurate clinical treatment of PLC.
