      【摘要】 本文报道了一例以骶髂关节炎为突出表现的痛风患者，最终行骶髂关节双能CT提示右侧髂骨及骶骨尿酸盐沉积得以确诊。以骶髂关节为首发部位的痛风临床较为少见，极易误诊为强直性脊柱炎，需引起临床医师重视，避免误诊误治。

Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College, Wuhu 241000,Anhui, CHINA【Abstract】 This paper reports a case of gout patient with sacroiliac arthritis as the prominent manifestation.The final diagnosis was confirmed by dual-energy CT examination which demonstrated urate deposition in the right ili-um and sacrum. Gout with the sacroiliac joint as the initial position is relatively rare and is easily misdiagnosed as an-kylosing spondylitis. Clinicians should taken it seriously and avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
