      【摘要】 白血病继发毛霉菌和多重耐药菌(MDRO)混合感染少见报道,该病进展快、诊断困难,严重时可危及生命。本文描述了1例合并毛霉菌病和多重耐药菌混合感染的急性髓系白血病(AML)老年患者,前期联合多种抗菌药物抗感染后病情未见好转,后期采用宏基因组二代测序(mNGS)及时明确病原菌后给予患者两性霉素B脂质体(LFAB)联合泊沙康唑(Pcz)及其他抗菌药物治疗,感染最终得以有效控制。

Acute myeloid leukemia complicated with mucormycosis and multi-drug resistant bacteria infection: a casereport.

The First Clinical Medical College ofGansu University of Chinese Medicine, Lanzhou 730000, Gansu, CHINA【Abstract】 Mixed infection of mucormycosis and multi-drug resistant bacteria (MDRO) in leukemia is rarely re-ported. The disease progresses rapidly, is difficult to diagnose, and can be life-threatening in severe cases. This paper de-scribes an elderly patient with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who was infected with mucormycosis and multi-drug re-sistant bacteria. The condition of AML did not improve after anti-infection with multiple antibiotics in the early stage. Inthe later stage, metagenomic next generation sequencing (mNGS) was used to identify the pathogenic bacteria in time,and the patients were given lipid formulation of amphotericin B (LFAB) combined with posaconazole (Pcz) and other an-tibacterial drugs, which effectively controlled the infection and gradually improved the symptoms of the patients.
