      标题:基于ST-PRA的链式闭环管理措施在门诊西药房管理中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨基于社会技术概率风险评估(ST-PRA)的链式闭环管理措施在门诊西药房管理中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年3月至2021年3月期间上海市宝山区大场医院6个门诊西药窗口进行研究,按照抽签法分为研究组和对照组,每组3个窗口15名员工(其中研究组3个窗口有621例患者,对照组3个窗口有632例患者)。对照组采用常规管理措施,研究组采用ST-PRA的链式闭环管理措施,均进行5个月的管理。比较两组员工在药品周转及配药过程中各项工作的时间,配方出错率和药品纠纷发生率,以及两组患者对门诊西药房管理的满意度。结果 研究组员工的补药时间、药品名目分类登记时间、周转库清点时间分别为(23.52±3.98) min、(46.08±6.29) min、(45.87±7.36) min,明显短于对照组的(31.96±3.67) min、(58.39±9.12) min、(75.92±8.28) min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组员工的处方编号时间、药品登记时间、生产药单时间、窗口实物清点时间分别为(132.87±36.28) s、(5.31±1.26) s、(62.87±8.36) s、(176.28±50.32) s,明显短于对照组的(176.58±39.67)s、(7.80±1.35) s、(85.35±10.32) s、(365.89±62.59) s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组员工的配方出差率、药品纠纷发生率分别为 1.61%和0.97%,明显低于对照组的3.64%和2.85%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组接待的患者对管理措施的满意度为98.07%,明显高于对照组的 90.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ST-PRA的链式闭环管理措施能够有效提高门诊西药房的管理质量,提高员工的工作效率和工作有效性,减少出错和纠纷,同时有利于提高患者对医院的满意度。

Application of chain closed-loop management measures based on ST-PRA in the management of outpatientwestern pharmacy.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of chain closed-loop management measures based on so-cial technology probability risk assessment (ST-PRA) in the management of outpatient western pharmacy. Methods Sixoutpatient western medicine windows of Shanghai Baoshan Dachang Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were se-lected and divided into a study group and a control group by lottery, with three windows in each group (621 patients inthe study group and 632 patients in the control group), with 15 employees in each group. The control group adopted rou-tine management measures, while the study group adopted a chain closed-loop management measure of ST-PRA, bothfor 5 months. The time spent by two groups of employees in drug turnover and dispensing processes were compared be-tween the two groups, as well as the satisfaction of patients in outpatient western pharmacy management, formula errorrate, and drug dispute occurrence rate. Results The replenishment time, drug category classification registration time,and turnover inventory time of the study group were (23.52±3.98) min, (46.08±6.29) min, (45.87±7.36) min, respective-ly, which were significantly shorter than (31.96±3.67) min, (58.39±9.12) min, (75.92±8.28) min in the control group (P<0.05). The prescription number time, drug registration time, drug bill production time, and window physical inventorytime of the study group were (132.87±36.28) s, (5.31±1.26) s, (62.87±8.36) s, (176.28±50.32) s, which were significant-ly shorter than (176.58±39.67) s, (7.80±1.35) s, (85.35±10.32) s, (365.89±62.59) in the control group (P<0.05). The for-mula error rate and drug dispute occurrence rate of the study group were 1.61% and 0.97%, respectively, which were sig-nificantly lower than 3.64% and 2.85% in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction with management measures in thestudy group was 98.07%, which was significantly higher than 90.98% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Thechain closed-loop management measures based on ST-PRA can effectively improve the management quality of outpa-tient western pharmacies, improve employee work efficiency and effectiveness, reduce errors and disputes, and also helpto improve patients’satisfaction with the hospital.
