标题：INSM1阳性宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌一例

      【摘要】 本文报道一例34岁女性宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌病例，镜下见弥漫分布的小圆形细胞，胞质少，核深染，核仁不明显；免疫组织化学显示胰岛素瘤相关蛋白1 (insulinoma-associated protein 1，INSM1)、CD56等特异性的标志物阳性，病理诊断为宫颈小细胞神经内分泌癌，此报道强调了INSM1在诊断小细胞神经内分泌癌中的潜在价值。

A case of INSM1-positive cervical small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.

Department ofPathology, Tongren People's Hospital, Tongren 554300, Guizhou, CHINA【Abstract】 This article presents a 34-year-old woman with cervical small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma. Micro-scopic examination revealed diffuse distribution of small round cells, with scant cytoplasm, deeply stained nuclei, and in-conspicuous nucleoli. Immunohistochemistry demonstrated positive results for specific markers including insulinoma-as-sociated protein 1 (INSM1) and CD56, and the pathological diagnosis is cervical small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.This report underscores the potential diagnostic value of INSM1 in identifying small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.
