标题：中西医治疗煤工尘肺的研究进展

      【摘要】 煤工尘肺(CWP)是一类以咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸困难为主要临床表现的慢性职业性呼吸系统疾病。CWP是一类严重的不可逆疾病，病情随时间发展不断加重，当前该病尚无有效的根治方法，但伴随着医学事业的不断发展，中西医结合治疗CWP在改善肺功能、缓解临床症状、提高生活质量等方面取得了令人满意的疗效。本文将近10年中西医诊治CWP的进展做一概述，以期为今后防治该病提供更好的临床思路。

Research progress of Chinese and Western medicine in treating coal workers' pneumoconiosis.

Department of Respiratory Medicine, Wangcang County Hospital of TraditionalChinese Medicine, Guangyuan 628200, Sichuan, CHINA【Abstract】 Coal worker's pneumoconiosis (CWP) is a chronic occupational respiratory disease with cough, ex-pectoration, and dyspnea as its important clinical symptoms. Coal workers' pneumoconiosis is a serious irreversible dis-ease that worsens over time. At present, there is no effective radical cure for CWP. With continuous medical development,CWP treatment through the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has achieved satisfactory cu-rative effect in improving lung function, relieving clinical symptoms, and improving quality of life. In the current study,the progress on diagnosis and treatment of CWP by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine over the past de-cade was overviewed in order to provide some new clinical ideas for CWP prevention and treatment in the future.
