      【摘要】 初级纤毛(PC)存在于大多数哺乳动物细胞中,它是位于细胞膜表面的传感器。越来越多的证据表明初级纤毛通过感知外界环境并传导各种信号在骨骼发育及动态平衡中发挥着重要作用。颌面骨的发育主要有软骨内成骨、膜内成骨及骨缝内成骨三种发育方式,其中成骨细胞及软骨细胞发挥关键作用。颌面部骨骼的发育受到众多因素的影响和调控,目前有研究显示初级纤毛在骨与软骨发育及骨骼疾病中有着重要角色,并参与调节成骨细胞的排列和骨形成。而初级纤毛的发生和功能行使需要依赖纤毛内转运家族蛋白。本文就初级纤毛和纤毛内转运蛋白,以及初级纤毛与相关信号通路交互作用在骨骼发育特别是颌骨的调控关系做一综述,以期为这一领域的研究者提供新的思路。

Research progress of primary cilia, IFT system, and bone development.

More and more evidence has shown that primary cilia play an important role in bone development and ho-meostasis by sensing the external environment and conducting various signals. The development of maxillofacial bonemainly includes endochondral ossification, intramemmal ossification, and interstitial ossification, among which osteo-blasts and chondrocytes play key roles. Maxillofacial bone development is influenced and regulated by many factors.Current studies have shown that primary cilia play an important role in bone and cartilage development and skeletal dis-eases, and participate in the regulation of osteoblast arrangement and bone formation. The occurrence and function of pri-mary cilia depend on intracellular transport family proteins. This article reviews the regulatory relationship between pri-mary cilia and ciliary transporters, as well as the interaction between primary cilia and related signaling pathways inbone development, especially in the jaw, in order to provide new ideas for researchers in this field.
