标题：管家式整体护理在特需医疗护理质量管理中的应用

      【摘要】 目的 探讨管家式整体护理在特需医疗护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法 选取 2020年 5月至2021年5月中山大学附属第六医院雅和医疗中心收治的80例特需病房患者作为研究对象，采用随机数表法分为研究组和对照组各40例。对照组患者采用常规护理，研究组患者采用管家式整体护理措施。比较两组患者护理前和护理至患者出院时的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分，以及不良事件发生情况和患者对护理的满意度。结果 两组患者护理前的SAS、SDS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；护理后，两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均明显降低，且研究组患者 SAS、SDS评分分别为(31.21±2.36)分、(30.28±4.11)分，明显低于对照组的(39.52±2.33)分、(41.32±4.05)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组患者的总不良事件发生率为2.5%，明显低于对照组的17.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组患者的护理满意度为100.0%，明显高于对照组的92.5%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 管家式整体护理在特需医疗护理质量管理中的应用能显著改善患者的心理状况，提高患者对护理的满意度且不良反应少，值得推广应用。

Application of housekeeper holistic nursing in quality management of special medical care.

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of housekeeper holistic nursing in the quality manage-ment of special medical care. Methods Eighty patients admitted to Graceland Medical Center of the Sixth AffiliatedHospital of Sun Yat-sen University from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. The patientswere divided into a study group and a control group by random number table, each with 40 cases. The patients in thecontrol group were treated with routine nursing, while the patients in the study group were treated with housekeeper ho-listic nursing, both until discharge. The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS),incidence of adverse events, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05);after nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the patients in the two groups were significantly decreased, and the SAS andSDS scores of the patients in the study group were (31.21±2.36) points, (30.28±4.11) points, which were significantlylower than (39.52±2.33) points, (41.32±4.05) points of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was 2.5%, which was significantly lower than 17.5% ofthe control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than92.5% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of housekeeper holistic nursing in the quality man-agement of special medical care has a good effect, which can significantly improve the psychological status and satisfac-tion of patients and is worthy of promotion and application.
