      【摘要】 胰腺癌是一种恶性度很高且预后很差的消化系统肿瘤，其最常见的转移部位是肝、腹膜、淋巴结、肺，转移到胃在临床实践中较为罕见。本文报道了1例胰腺癌转移到胃的病例，以增强临床医师对胰腺癌转移的认识，减少其漏诊及误诊的发生。

One case of pancreatic cancer with gastric wall invasion.

Themost common metastatic sites are liver, peritoneum, lymph nodes, and lung. Metastasis to stomach is rare in clinical prac-tice. This paper reports a case of pancreatic cancer metastasizing to stomach, to enhance clinicians' understanding of pan-creatic cancer metastasis and reduce the incidence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
