      【摘要】 冠状动脉瘘(coronary arterial fistula，CAF)是指冠状动脉主干或其分支与心腔、肺动脉和其他血管之间存在的异常交通的罕见先天性心脏病。本文报道一例经超声心动图诊断左冠状动脉-左室瘘，分析多普勒超声心动图对该病诊断的临床应用价值。

This article reports acase of left coronary artery-left ventricular fistula diagnosed by echocardiography, and analyzes the clinical applicationvalue of Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of this disease.
