      【摘要】 Ⅱ型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2D)是一种严重危害人民身体健康的非传染性慢性疾病,主要表现为高血糖和胰岛素抵抗。创伤性脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)是由外部机械力对大脑造成的暂时性或永久性的损伤,因其高死亡率和低治愈率,已成为现代社会的一个重大公共卫生问题。我国是T2D和TBI高发的国家,T2D患者合并TBI可以加重多种继发性脑损伤,包括脑水肿、神经炎症、血脑屏障(blood-brain barrier,BBB)的破坏和神经元凋亡等,导致神经功能损伤和一系列神经退行性疾病,严重影响患者愈后。因此,本文就其发病机制进行综述,以期为临床上解决T2D合并TBI加剧神经功能障碍和神经退行性疾病发生的相关问题以及治疗药物的筛选提供借鉴与参考。

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a temporary or perma-nent brain injury caused by external mechanical forces. It has become a major public health problem in modern societydue to its high mortality and low cure rate. China is a country with high incidence of T2D and TBI. T2D patients com-bined with TBI can aggravate a variety of secondary brain injuries, including cerebral edema, neuroinflammation, de-struction of the blood-brain barrier (BBB), and neuronal apoptosis, leading to neurological damage and a series of neuro-degenerative diseases, which seriously affect patients' recovery. The purpose of this article is to provide reference for theclinical solution for T2D in combination with TBI that exacerbates the occurrence of neurological dysfunction and neuro-degenerative diseases, and for the screening of therapeutic drugs.
