标题：卒中模拟病的溶栓治疗一例

      【摘要】 卒中模拟病(SM)因其临床症状类似脑卒中发作，临床上容易被误诊为脑卒中。近期我院收治了1例以精神心理障碍为表现的SM并进行溶栓治疗的患者，现对该病例发病情况、诊疗经过进行总结，并复习相关文献，以期加深临床医师对SM的认识。

Recently, our hospital received a patient with SM characterized by mental and psychological disor-ders who underwent thrombolytic therapy. This paper summarizes the incidence, diagnosis, and treatment process of thiscase, and review relevant literature in order to deepen clinical physicians' understanding of SM.
