      【摘要】 上颌后牙区域牙列缺损实施种植修复所面临的问题主要是上颌窦气化和牙槽骨吸收造成的剩余骨高度(RBH)不足。本文报告一例RBH<3 mm时上颌窦底内提升联合浓缩生长因子(CGF)与Bio-Oss骨粉同期种植的病例,并在术后6个月和12个月的锥形束计算机断层扫描中均观察到明显的影像学变化。

This paper report-ed a case of maxillary sinus floor elevation combined with concentrated growth factor (CGF) and Bio-Oss bone powdersimultaneous implantation at the RBH<3 mm, and obvious imaging changes were observed in cone beam computed to-mography at 6 months and 12 months after operation.
