      【摘要】 肺鳞癌伴心脏侵犯是一种极罕见的恶性肿瘤，死亡率较高，临床上缺乏特异性、易漏诊、误诊。本文报道了晚期肺鳞癌伴心脏侵犯一例，患者经免疫治疗联合化疗后，预后良好，无不良事件发生，证明此方案安全有效。现报道其诊治经过，以供临床参考。

Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University, Guangzhou 510630, Guangdong, CHINA【Abstract】 Squamous lung cancer with cardiac invasion is an extremely rare malignancy with a high mortalityrate, which is clinically low in specificity and easily missed and misdiagnosed. This paper report a case of advancedsquamous lung cancer with cardiac invasion. After immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy, the patient had a goodprognosis and no adverse events, which proved that this regimen was safe and effective. The diagnosis and treatment ofthis case are reported for clinical reference.
