      标题:慢性肾脏病患者血清HMGA2蛋白、FGF-23水平与肾功能损伤程度的相关性研究

      【摘要】 目的 分析慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者血清高迁移率族蛋白A2 (HMGA2)、成纤维细胞生长因子 23(FGF-23)与肾功能损伤程度的关系。方法 选取2021年2月至2022年3月在西电集团医院诊治的108例CKD患者(CKD组)为研究对象,根据CKD分期分为A组42例(1~2期)、B组45例(3~4期)和C组21例(5期),选取同期体检健康者108例作为对照组。比较各组受检者的血清HMGA2、FCF-23、尿素氮(BUN)水平,采用Pearson相关系数法分析血清HMGA2、FCF-23水平与肾功能的相关性。结果 CKD组和对照组受检者的HMGA2 [(3.59±1.42) ng/mL vs(0.96±0.43) ng/mL]、FCF-23 [(432.16±43.15) pg/mL vs (306.55±35.63) pg/mL]、BUN [(6.43±1.46) μmol/L vs (4.35±1.27) μmol/L]水平比较,CKD组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组、B组和 C组患者的血清HMGA2 [(3.01±0.97) ng/mL vs (3.42±1.24) ng/mL vs (5.13±2.01) ng/mL]、FCF-23 [(398.53±40.37) pg/mL vs (444.86±46.34) pg/mL vs (472.19±48.74) pg/mL]、BUN [(4.87±1.42) μmol/L vs (6.98±2.07) μmol/L vs (8.37±2.41) μmol/L]水平比较,A组明显低于B组和C组,B组明显低于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析结果显示,CKD组患者血清HMGA2及 FCF-23水平与 BUN成正相关(r=0.513、0.425,P<0.05)。结论 CKD患者血清HMGA2蛋白、FCF-23水平升高,且血清HMGA2蛋白、FCF-23水平与肾功能损伤程度有关。

Relationship between serum high mobility group protein A2 protein, fibroblast growth factor 23 levels and theseverity of renal function damage in patients with chronic kidney disease.

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relationship between serum high mobility group protein A2 (HMGA2), fi-broblast growth factor 23 (FGF-23) and the severity of renal function damage in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD). Methods A total of 108 patients with CKD (CKD group) treated in XD Group Hospital between February2021 and March 2022 were enrolled as the research objects. According to CKD staging, they were divided into group A(42 cases, stages 1-2), group B (45 cases, 3-4 stage), and group C (21 cases, stage 5). A total of 108 healthy controls dur-ing the same period were enrolled as control group. The levels of serum HMGA2, FCF-23 and blood urea nitrogen(BUN) in different groups were compared. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between se-rum HMGA2, FCF-23 levels and renal function. Results The levels of HMGA2, FCF-23, and BUN in the CKD groupwere (3.59±1.42) ng/mL, (432.16±43.15) pg/mL, and (6.43±1.46) μmol/L, which were significantly higher than (0.96±0.43) ng/mL, (306.55±35.63) pg/mL, and (4.35±1.27) μmol/L] in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of serum HM-GA2 [(3.01±0.97) ng/mL vs (3.42±1.24) ng/mL vs (5.13±2.01) ng/mL], FCF-23 [(398.53±40.37) pg/mL vs (444.86±46.34) pg/mL vs (472.19±48.74) pg/mL] and BUN [(4.87±1.42) μmol/L vs (6.98±2.07) μmol/L vs (8.37±2.41) μmol/L]were compared among group A, group B and group C; but the levels in group A were significantly lower than those ingroup B and group C, and the levels in group B were significantly lower than those in group C, with statistically signifi-cant differences, P<0.05. Pearson correlation analysis showed that levels of serum HMGA2 and FCF-23 were positive-ly correlated with BUN (r=0.513, P<0.05; r=0.425, P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of serum HMGA2 and FCF-23increase in CKD patients, and the serum HMGA2 protein and FCF-23 were related to the severity of renal functiondamage.
