      【摘要】 高海拔是一种极端环境,低压缺氧、寒冷、空气干燥和高紫外线辐射等都可能给人的适应造成困难。急慢性暴露高原低氧环境会引起血压增高,增加心血管疾病风险,但暴露高原不同海拔间血压变化、儿茶酚胺及肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统等调节高原血压机制研究以国外居多,国内相关研究较少。本文就高原对成人血压、儿茶酚胺和肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统影响的研究进展进行综述。

Hypobaric hypoxia, cold, dry air, and high ultraviolet radia-tion may all cause difficulties in adaptationon to the environment. Acute or chronic exposure to hypoxic environment ofhigh altitude can lead to increased blood pressure and heightened risk of cardiovascular disease. However, studies aboutthe mechanisms of high altitude on blood pressure regulation, such as changes in blood pressure at different altitudes, cat-echolamines, and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system exposure to high altitudes, are mostly from foreign countries.This paper reviews the effects of high altitude on blood pressure, catecholamines, and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone sys-tem in adults.
