      【摘要】 自噬在骨代谢疾病中起关键作用,在骨组织各细胞增殖、分化、凋亡及保持稳定等多方面扮演重要角色,深度参与骨重塑过程。近年来研究发现自噬(autophagy)与骨质疏松症(OP)形成之间存在密切关系,OP可分为原发性或继发性骨质疏松症,由于不同的潜在病因和进展引起的各种自噬紊乱使调节机制进一步复杂化,故阐明这些机制可以有助于建立自噬靶向治疗,为临床上预防、缓解或逆转骨质疏松症等骨代谢性疾病提供理论基础。

Research progress of autophagy in different types of osteoporosis.

Stomatological HospitalAffiliated to Zunyi Medical University, Zunyi 563000, Guizhou, CHINA【Abstract】 Autophagy plays a key role in bone metabolic diseases, and in the proliferation, differentiation, apop-tosis, and stability of bone tissue cells. It deeply participates in bone remodeling process. Recent studies have found thatthere is a close relationship between autophagy and the formation of osteoporosis (OP). OP can be divided into primaryor secondary osteoporosis. Various autophagy disorders caused by different underlying etiologies and progression furthercomplicate the regulatory mechanism. Therefore, elucidation of these mechanisms can contribute to the establishment ofautophagy-targeted therapy, and provide a theoretical basis for clinical prevention, remission or reversal of bone metabol-ic diseases such as osteoporosis.
