      【摘要】 铁死亡是由铁依赖的脂质过氧化所致的调节性细胞死亡,在肿瘤的发生发展中起着重要作用,并且在近十来年得到较广泛的研究。在此期间,免疫检查点的研究与临床应用也达到了新的高度,尤其是靶向PD-1/PD-L1抗体的研发热度更是将免疫治疗推向高潮。基于铁死亡或者免疫检查点在肿瘤治疗上均有着较为广泛的研究或临床应用。尽管部分患者在此靶向治疗中获益,但某些肿瘤患者却暴露出相应的问题,即无论单一的基于铁死亡或免疫检查点的肿瘤治疗均存在着耐药及肿瘤类型局限性等缺陷。然而,铁死亡与免疫检查点可通过免疫微环境相互作用。本文将描述铁死亡与免疫检查点在肿瘤中相互作用,并论述其中可能参与的机制以及在肿瘤治疗上的意义。

Interaction between ferroptosis and immune checkpoints in tumor.

Department of Neurosurgery, the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong MedicalUniversity, Zhanjiang 524000, Guangdong, CHINA【Abstract】 Ferroptosis is a regulated cell death (RCD) caused by iron-dependent lipid peroxidation, which playsan important role in the occurrence and development of tumors, and has been extensively studied in the past decade. Dur-ing this period, the research and clinical application of immune checkpoints also reached a new height, especially the de-velopment of antibodies targeting PD-1/PD-L1, which pushed immunotherapy to a climax. Both ferroptosis or immunecheckpoints have been widely studied or applied in tumor therapy. Although some patients benefit from this targeted ther-apy, some patients are exposed to corresponding problems, that is, whether the tumor therapy based solely on ferroptosisor immune checkpoints has defects such as drug resistance and tumor type limitation. However, ferroptosis and immunecheckpoints can interact through the immune microenvironment. Here, we will describe the interaction between ferropto-sis and immune checkpoints in tumors, discuss the possible mechanisms involved, and the implications for tumor therapy.
