      【摘要】 迄今为止,研究人员已发现21种S100蛋白家族成员,尽管它们在结构上高度相似,但其功能却各不相同,如能够对细胞内 Ca2 +水平和细胞外环境的变化产生独特的适应性反应。作为 S100蛋白家族的一员,S100A16位于人染色体1q21中的S100A基因簇,是从星形细胞瘤中分离出来的一种新型E-F hand蛋白,也是一种新型的促脂肪生成因子。目前对S100A16在脂代谢中的直接相关性研究并不多。本文对相关文献进行回顾,综述了S100A16在脂肪生成和脂质代谢过程中的重要作用,为该领域的后续研究提供参考。

Research progress on the role of S100A16 in lipid metabolism.

Despite their high structuralsimilarity, they function differently, such as being able to produce unique adaptive responses to changes in intracellularCa2+ levels and the extracellular environment. As a member of the S100 protein family, S100A16, which is located in theS100A gene cluster in human chromosome 1q21, is a novel E-F hand protein isolated from astrocytomas and a novel pro-adipogenic factor. At present, there are few studies on the direct correlation of S100A16 in lipid metabolism. This articlereviews the relevant literature and summarizes the important role of S100A16 in the process of lipogenesis and lipid me-tabolism, so as to provide reference for subsequent research in this field.
