      【摘要】 口底蜂窝织炎(CFM)是一种涉及双侧颌下间隙、舌下间隙及颏下间隙的弥散性蜂窝组织炎，而高血糖导致的免疫功能紊乱会加剧上述的颌面部感染，从而引起颈部坏死性筋膜炎(CNF)等并发症，治疗难度和病死率较高。本文报道一例我院近期收治的颏部外伤后导致CFM伴CNF的糖尿病患者，以期为临床多学科诊疗此类患者提供参考。

This article reports a case of diabetic pa-tients with CFM and CNF caused by chin trauma, in order to provide reference for clinical multidisciplinary diagnosisand treatment.
