      【摘要】 炎症因子是癌症发生的主要始作俑者,中性粒细胞作为人体血液循环系统中最丰富的炎性细胞之一,参与肿瘤微环境(TME)的组成。中性粒细胞的细胞表型异质性及自身功能多样性在肿瘤早期发生或发展时扮演着重要调控角色,研究结果发现肿瘤相关中性粒细胞(TANs)可以通过释放多种特异性分泌产物、形成多种独特的胞外免疫诱捕体网及介导多种免疫细胞功能在肿瘤发生发展发挥中重要作用。本文拟对中性粒细胞在恶性肿瘤中的作用进行综述,并重点描述中性粒细胞在临床及药物开发前景的应用。

Role of neutrophils in the development of tumor and its clinical application.

As the most abundant inflammatory cells inthe human blood circulation system, neutrophils participate in the formation of tumor microenvironment (TME). Thephenotypic heterogeneity and functional diversity of neutrophils play an important regulatory role in the early develop-ment and progression of cancer. Studies have shown that tumor-associated neutrophils (TANs) can directly affect the de-velopment of tumor by releasing many kinds of specific secretion products, forming lots of unique extracellular immunetrapping body nets, and mediating several immune cell functions. This review focuses on the unique role that neutrophilsplay in the progression, transformation, recurrence, and metastasis of tumors, based on their molecular diversity and plas-ticity, and the future of neutrophils in clinical application and drug development was also described.
