      【摘要】 慢加急性肝衰竭(ACLF)在临床表现上与急性肝衰竭相似，早期较难鉴别，该疾病的临床死亡率极高且预后差，并可在疾病临床病程的任何阶段发生。人工肝支持系统被用做ACLF的一线治疗方法。本文就近年国内外用于治疗ACLF的常用非生物型人工肝模型工作原理、优缺点、适用范围及其治疗研究进展进行述评，以期为临床医生在ACLF治疗过程中对非生物型人工肝的选择提供参考依据。

Advances in abiotic artificial liver support therapy for acute-on-chronic liver failure.

The disease has a high clinical mortality and poor prognosis, which can occur at any stageof the clinical course. Artificial liver support system is used as the first-line treatment for ACLF. This article reviews theworking principle, advantages and disadvantages, application scope and treatment research progress of non-biological ar-tificial liver models commonly used in the treatment of ACLF at home and abroad in recent years, in order to provide ref-erence for clinicians to select non-biological artificial liver for ACLF treatment.
