      【摘要】 近几年的研究表明，肺曲菌球病在中国尤其是肺结核高发区的发病率逐年增高，但因为肺曲菌球病的临床表现缺乏特异性，诊断往往被延误，错失最佳治疗时间。临床工作中，对于肺曲菌球病的治疗在发展中国家也缺乏统一的专业方案。本文概述了当前肺曲菌球病的诊断与治疗方案方面的现状，为临床肺曲菌球病的诊断与治疗提供帮助。

Overview of the current status of diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary aspergillosis.

Departmentof Thoracic Surgery, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University, Zunyi 563000, Guizhou, CHINA【Abstract】 Studies in recent years have shown that the incidence of pulmonary aspergillosis is increasing yearby year in China, especially in areas with a high prevalence of tuberculosis. Due to lack of specificity in the initial clini-cal manifestations of pulmonary aspergillosis, the diagnosis of the disease is often delayed and the best time for treat-ment is missed. In clinical practice, there is also a lack of uniform professional protocols for the treatment of pulmonaryaspergillosis in developing countries. This paper provides an overview of the current status of diagnostic and treatmentoptions for pulmonary aspergillosis, to assist in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary aspergillosis.
