标题：老年男性乳腺浸润性小叶癌一例

      【摘要】 男性乳腺癌是非常罕见的恶性肿瘤，发病率仅占全部乳腺癌的1%，但据统计由于人口老龄化，男性乳腺癌的发病率正在上升。男性乳腺癌最常见的病理类型是浸润性导管癌，浸润性小叶癌极少见，仅占1%，国内有关老年男性乳腺浸润性小叶癌的相关文献报道罕见。本文报道1例老年男性乳腺浸润性小叶癌患者的发病及诊治经过并结合相关文献进行讨论，以期提高对男性乳腺癌的重视，避免漏诊、误诊，提高患者临床获益。

Invasive lobular carcinoma of breast in a elderly male patient: a case report and literature review.

Department of Medical Imaging, the Second AffiliatedHospital of Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing 210011, Jiangsu, CHINA【Abstract】 Male breast cancer is a very rare malignant tumor, and the incidence is only 1% of all breast cancers.But according to statistics due to the aging of the population, the incidence of male breast cancer is increasing. The mostcommon pathological type of male breast cancer is invasive ductal carcinoma, and invasive lobular carcinoma is rare, ac-counting for only 1%. There are few literatures about invasive lobular carcinoma of breast in elderly men in China. Inthis paper, the incidence, diagnosis, and treatment of an elderly male patient with invasive lobular carcinoma of breastwere reported and discussed based on relevant literature, in order to improve the attention to male breast cancer, avoidmissed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, and improve the clinical benefit of the patient.
