标题：绒毛膜促性腺激素联合孕酮检测对早期妊娠的诊断价值

      【摘要】 目的 探讨绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)联合孕酮检测对早期妊娠结局及自然流产的预测价值。
方法 回顾性分析我院120例早期妊娠患者临床资料，其中宫内妊娠组46例，异位妊娠组36例，自然流产患者
38例。检测三组患者HCG及孕酮水平，并探讨二者联合检测对自然流产的预测价值。结果 宫内妊娠组HCG
及孕酮显著高于异位妊娠及自然流产患者，差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01)，而异位妊娠组显著高于自然流产患者
(P<0.01)；HCG与孕酮诊断自然流产的特异度分别为81.6%和71.1%，敏感度分别为60.5%和76.3%，二者联合检
测敏感度及特异度分别为86.8%和84.2%。结论 HCG及孕酮检测有助于早期鉴别宫内妊娠与异位妊娠，二者
联合检测可提高自然流产的检出率，具有重要的临床意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of the serum progesterone and HCG in the prognosis of early
pregnancy outcome and spontaneous abortion. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with early pregnancy were
retrospectively analyzed, including 46 cases of normal intrauterine pregnancy (group A), 36 cases of ectopic pregnan-
cy (group B) and 38 cases of spontaneous abortion (group C). Serum progesterone and HCG were detected in the three
groups and the prognosis value was analyzed. Results The levels of progesterone and HCG was significantly higher
in group A than group B (P<0.01), which were significantly higher in group B than group C (P<0.01). The specificity
of progesterone and HCG for spontaneous abortion were 81.6% and 71.1% , and the sensitivity were 60.5% and
76.3%, respectively. The specificity and sensitivity of combined detection of progesterone and HCG were 84.2% and
86.8%, respectively. Conclusion The detection of progesterone and HCG in early pregnancy is helpful to identify in-
trauterine pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy. Combined detection of progesterone and HCG can improve the detection
rate of spontaneous abortion.
