标题：温针联合冲击波治疗阳虚寒湿痹阻型慢性非特异性腰痛疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 观察温针联合冲击波治疗阳虚寒湿痹阻型慢性非特异性腰痛的效果。方法 选择2019年1月至2022年2月西安市西电集团医院康复医学科收治的110例阳虚寒湿痹阻型慢性非特异性腰痛患者展开研究，按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各55例。对照组患者采用冲击波治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合温针治疗，两组均持续治疗两周。比较两组患者治疗前、治疗两周后的中医证候积分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、指地距离(FFD)、Schober试验距离的变化以及随访3个月的复发率。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的中医证候积分、VAS评分、ODI评分、PSQI评分分别为(5.56±1.37)分、(2.68±0.45)分、(14.16±2.13)分、(6.35±1.39)分，明显低于对照组的(8.33±1.59)分、(3.51±0.56)分、(18.02±2.41)分、(7.78±1.46)分，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后，观察组患者的FFD、Schober试验距离分别为(5.83±1.54) cm、(6.47±1.05) cm、明显长于对照组的(7.51±1.65) cm、(5.21±0.83) cm，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；随访3个月，观察组患者的复发率为1.82%，明显低于对照组的12.73%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 温针联合冲击波治疗阳虚寒湿痹阻型慢性非特异性腰痛的效果明显，值得临床推广。

Effect of warming acupuncture combined with shock wave on chronic non-specific low back pain of Yangdeficiency, cold dampness, and arthralgia syndrome type.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of warming acupuncture combined with shock wave on chronicnon-specific low back pain of Yang deficiency, cold dampness, arthralgia syndrome type. Methods A total of 110 pa-tients from January 2019 to February 2022 with chronic non-specific low back pain of Yang deficiency, cold dampness,and arthralgia syndrome were selected to be studied, which were divided into an observation group and a control groupby random number table method, with 55 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with shockwave therapy, and patients in the observation group were treated with warming acupuncture on the basis of the treatmentin the control group. The treatment lasted for 2 weeks in both groups. The changes of TCM syndrome score, Visual Ana-logue Scale (VAS), Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), finger to ground distance(FFD), Schober test distance before treatment and at 2 weeks after treatment, and recurrence rate at 3 months of fol-low-up were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the TCM syndrome score, VAS score, ODIscore, and PSQI score in the observation group were (5.56±1.37) points, (2.68±0.45) points, (14.16±2.13) points, (6.35±1.39) points, which were significantly lower than (8.33±1.59) points, (3.51±0.56) points, (18.02±2.41) points, (7.78±1.46) points in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, FFD and Schober test distances of the observation groupwere (5.83±1.54) cm and (6.47±1.05) cm, which were significantly longer than (7.51±1.65) cm and (5.21±0.83) cm inthe control group (P<0.05). At follow-up for 3 months, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 1.82%, whichwas significantly lower than 12.73% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Warming acupuncture combined withshock wave treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain of Yang deficiency, cold dampness, and arthralgia syndrometype has significant effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
