标题：关节镜下经胫骨隧道修复内侧半月板后根撕裂短期疗效观察

      【摘要】 目的 观察关节镜下经胫骨隧道修复内侧半月板后根撕裂的短期临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2016年 7月至 2020年 6月烟台芝罘医院骨科收治的 15例半月板后根撕裂患者的临床资料，通过比较手术前后Lysholm 评分、国际膝关节文献委员会(IKDC)评分、疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分和影像学参数内侧半月板挤压比值(MME)及膝关节骨性关节炎的Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L)分级以评估手术结果。结果 15例患者均获得随访，术后复查 MRI 显示半月板根部修复均完全愈合；术后12个月随访时，Lysholm 评分、IKDC评分、VSA评分均较术前显著提高，而MME比值较术前明显减少，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；仅1例患者术前Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L)分级0级术后进展为 I级，其余患者K-L分级无改变。结论 关节镜下经胫骨隧道修复内侧半月板后根撕裂可显著改善半月板愈合，缓解患者疼痛，短期随访临床疗效显著。

Short-term effect of arthroscopic repair of posterior root tear of medial meniscus through tibial tunnel.

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the short-term clinical effect of arthroscopic repair of medial posterior menis-cus root tear through tibial tunnel. Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with meniscus posterior root tear admittedto Department of Orthopedics, Yantai Zhifu Hospital from July 2016 to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. TheLysholm score, the International Knee Documentation Committee Knee Evaluation Form (IKDC) score, Visual Ana-logue Scale (VAS) score, and medial meniscus extrusion (MME), and Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) classification of knee os-teoarthritis were compared before and after operation. Results All 15 patients were followed up, and postoperativeMRI showed that the meniscus root repair was completely healed. At 12 months after operation, Lysholm score, IKDCscore, and VSA score were significantly higher than those before operation (P<0.05), while MME ratio was significantlylower than that before operation (P<0.05). Only 1 patient with Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) grade 0 progressed to Kell-gren-Lawrence (K-L) grade I after surgery, and the remaining patients had no change in K-L grade. Conclusion Ar-throscopic repair of medial posterior meniscus root tear through tibial tunnel can significantly improve meniscus healingand relieve pain in patients, and the short-term follow-up clinical effect is significant.
