      【摘要】随着隐形矫治技术的不断发展,隐形矫治器远移磨牙的有效率较高,这已成为其独特的优势。临床上可用隐形矫治器推磨牙远移实现非拔牙矫治,但同时存在前牙支抗丢失的问题,从而影响磨牙的远移效率。本文就隐形矫治器在远移磨牙中保护前牙支抗的设计及其注意事项进行综述,以期为临床应用提供参考依据。

Progress of protecting anterior anchorage in invisible treatment of distanting molars.

Department of Stomatology, Wuzhou Red Cross Hospital, Wuzhou 543000,Guangxi, CHINA【Abstract】 With the continuous development of invisible orthodontic technology, invisible appliance has a highefficiency of pushing molars distally, which has become its unique advantage. Clinically, invisible appliances can beused to push molars far away to achieve non-extraction orthodontic treatment, but at the same time, there is the problemof the loss of anterior anchorage, which affects the efficiency of molars. This article reviews the design and precautionsfor protecting the anchorage of anterior teeth in the process of pushing molars with invisible appliances, in order to pro-vide a reference for clinical application.
